Welder/Fabricator/Shop Assistant

Responsibilities: - Fabricate components for railroad bridge structures using various materials such as steel and concrete - Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication - Utilize tools including stick/TIG/MIG welding equipment, plasma cutters and bandsaws - Operate hand tools and machinery effectively to meet project requirements Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role within a shop environment - Proficiency in forklift operation for material handling - Ability to read and understand blueprints accurately - Strong skills in building and assembling components using hand tools - Ability to work and manage small group of employees Company Description: E80 Plus Constructors, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to excellence in railroad bridge construction.
