About The ProgramStruction Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business leading a team supporting the U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant Merlin German Wounded Warrior Call Center Outreach and Resource Support Services. This program supports wounded, ill, and injured Marines, Sailors attached or formerly attached to Marine units, veterans, and their family members through call center operations, outreach, resource referral, and non-medical case management.Position SummaryThe Assistant Program Manager supports the Program Manager with daily program operations, staffing coordination, contract deliverables, quality oversight, training, and issue escalation. This position provides continuity of leadership and assumes Program Manager responsibilities during planned or unplanned absences. The Assistant Program Manager helps coordinate a geographically dispersed team supporting 24/7/365 call center operations, non-medical case management, outreach, quality assurance, and installation-based services.Key Responsibilities Assist the Program Manager with daily program and operational management and serve as the designated backup when needed. Support staffing, scheduling, workforce coverage, vacancy management, and after-hours operational escalations. Monitor program performance, staffing levels, training completion, quality standards, and deliverable deadlines. Coordinate with supervisors, site leads, quality personnel, subcontractors, and other functional team members. Support preparation and review of reports, staffing updates, performance metrics, and Government deliverables. Help ensure personnel follow approved procedures, documentation standards, privacy requirements, and security protocols. Support corrective actions, training reinforcement, operational improvements, and professional communication with Government representatives and program stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. At least one year of program management or operations management experience. Experience coordinating personnel, schedules, deadlines, or operational activities. Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. U.S. citizenship required. Ability to complete background/security processing and obtain/maintain CAC/MCEN access as required. Ability to complete Privacy Act, HIPAA, information security, and program-specific training. Ability to support operational issues and after-hours escalations for a 24/7/365 program when required. Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, accurate documentation, and respect for Marine Corps culture.Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a Government or Department of Defense contract. Experience with contact center operations, human services, military support, healthcare support, or case-management programs. Experience coordinating geographically dispersed or remote teams and using Microsoft Teams, Excel, SharePoint, CRM, or case-management systems.Location: Quantico, Virginia, or remote within the United States; final work arrangement will be confirmed during the interview process.
