This leadership opportunity combines active clinical practice with oversight of cardiology operations, quality, and strategic initiatives across the local campus and affiliated sites.Position Highlights;Leadership and clinical role overseeing inpatient and outpatient cardiology servicesAdministrative leadership responsibility of approximately 0.1-0.3 FTE combined with active clinical practiceReports to Chief of Cardiology for the Community Division, Regional Medical Director, and ACMO of the local hospitalResponsible for execution of cardiovascular strategic initiatives including quality, safety, efficiency, and patient experienceOversight of provider performance and clinical operations across all cardiology service linesParticipation in rotational call coverage based on clinical practiceResponsibilities:Provide visible on-site leadership and oversight of daily cardiology operationsLead delivery of high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered cardiovascular careSupervise and provide performance feedback to physicians and advanced practice cliniciansServe as clinical advisor to executive leadership on operational and strategic issuesAlign local practice with health system standards and best practicesQualifications:MD or DO degreeBoard Certified in Cardiology and relevant subspecialtyEligible for New Hampshire medical licensureMinimum of two years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital or large healthcare organizationDemonstrated excellence in clinical practice and quality improvementStrong communication, collaboration, and operational leadership skillsAdvanced business or healthcare administration degree preferredExperience within a large integrated health system preferredCompensation & Benefits:Base salary range of $530,000 - $590,000 annuallyCompetitive executive compensation structureComprehensive medical and retirement benefitsCME allowanceLeadership development and professional growth opportunities
