The PACU Nurse will provide specialized care to patients recovering from anesthesia post-procedures, monitor patients' conditions, and handle critical care situations as needed. Duties involve close collaboration with the healthcare team to assess patient conditions, administer medications, manage post-anesthesia pain, and ensure a smooth and comfortable recovery process. High standards of patient care, communication, and attention to detail are essential in this role.QualificationsProficiency in Nursing and Medicine, with a focus on patient care and safetyExperience in Post Anesthesia Care and Recovery Room settingsKnowledge in Critical Care Medicine, including the ability to manage urgent and complex patient conditionsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of FloridaBLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills in working with patients, families, and healthcare teamsAttention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a fertility setting is a plus
