This is a business built on trust, delivery, and doing things properly — a team of engineers, managers, and site professionals who take pride in their work, back each other, and consistently deliver for their clients.About the RoleThey’re now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of concrete frame projects from pre-construction through to completion.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and delivery of concrete frame projectsTake ownership of programme, budget, and overall project performanceManage and develop project teams including APMs, Coordinators, and site-based functionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliersMonitor and control project costs, forecasting, and financial reportingEnsure full compliance with health & safety and risk management standardsDrive quality, productivity, and operational efficiency across all project phasesSupport pre-construction activities including estimating, planning, and procurementOversee material and equipment scheduling to ensure efficient deliveryContribute to continuous improvement and best practice across project deliveryQualificationsDegree qualified (Engineering or related) or equivalent industry experienceRequired SkillsProven experience delivering concrete frame / structural packages on commercial projectsStrong understanding of project controls, cost management, and schedulingConfident managing multiple stakeholders across site and client teamsA natural leader with the ability to drive performance and develop teamsHighly organised, detail-driven, and commercially awareStrong working knowledge of health & safety regulations (OSHA or equivalent)Willingness to travel where requiredPay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary and benefits packageComprehensive healthcare and insuranceRetirement savings with company contributionStructured career progression within a stable, growing businessOngoing training, development, and professional supportA collaborative environment where people are trusted and valuedEqual Opportunity StatementThis is an opportunity to join a contractor that genuinely values its people and takes pride in delivering high-quality, technically challenging projects.
