We are looking for licensed professionals who believe in Excellence, Professionalism, and Growth while maintaining or improving their work/life balance. We offer Full-Time schedule 35-38 hours per week along with one-on-one coaching that has applications to enhance your skills and business behind the chair. NEWCOMERS TO THE INDUSTRY will assist a Mentor 2 days a week for their first 90-days and spend 1-2 days behind the chair honing their skills. **See below for mentor details** TENURED STYLISTS with 3+ years’ experience join our team will meet with their Manager to come up with a personalize start plan. ALL STYLISTS have access to advanced AVEDA education and one-on-one business development meetings with a Dosha Coach. Our team has mentors with a range of accolades – professionals such as Kim Botner, Heather Crimmins and Doza Barcelona. What could you learn from them as your Master Stylist Mentor? KIM has been a stylist for 18 years, she is an AVEDA Purefessional, and recipient of the NWHA (Northwest Hairstylist Award) for Avant-Garde, as well as a finalist in 2022 for NAHA (North American Hair Awards). HEATHER is an Aveda-trained stylist behind the chair for 10 years and became a Master Stylist after 5; she has been a substitute instructor at the Aveda Institute in her spare time and is the expert on speedy services – attracting a clientele whose values align with shorter timing in the salon. DOZA, an Aveda-trained stylist with 15 years behind the chair, is bi-coastally trained and has participated in LA Fashion Week and editorial work. She is passionate to share what she has learned through her experiences and has been an Educator at the Aveda Institute. Doza is highly skilled in razor cuts, precision cutting, haircuts for fine hair textures and high-impact coloring.
