PA0103 Titusville, PA0736 Administration CenterJob DescriptionThe Retail Lending Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with Company HMDA and Adverse policies, and monitoring compliance with other Northwest policies upon request.Essential FunctionsMeet Quality Control production goalsSupport production team turn time goalsMinimize errors, ensuring quality resultsMaintain objectivity in the assessment of compliance with Company policiesRecommend and encourage process, procedures, and corrective actions that ensure compliance while supporting efficiency and customer service initiativesActively participate in educational seminars and other training opportunitiesPerform post-close file reviews to ensure documentation supports HMDA data integrityTrack recurring HMDA issuesPerform additional post-close compliance reviews as instructedRecommend enhancements to department HMDA processEnsure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulationsNavigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiencyWork as part of a teamWork with on-site equipmentQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related experience preferred2 - 6 years Experience in mortgage lending, with concentration in areas of loan production, compliance or audit preferredKnowledge of all applicable regulatory guidelines, investor and insurer requirements, loan products and programs, and loan policies, processes and proceduresPhysical DemandsStationary position, ConstantlyTraverse (Move About), OccasionallyPosition objects (one person), RarelyPosition objects (with another), N/AAscend/Descend (ladders, stairs, scaffolds, etc.), N/APosition self to stationary objects, RarelyOperate standard office equipment, ConstantlyGrasp, RarelyRepetitive Motions, FrequentlyAbility to observe, ConstantlyCommunicate, FrequentlyTravel RequirementsAs Needed TrainingNorthwest is an equal opportunity employer.
