Group Engineering Manager - IT/OT

Our national and global scale allows us to help our clients develop and implement standardized solutions at any of their facilities regardless of physical location or the local resources available at that site.You will:Partner with executive leadership, sales, and business development to drive IT/OT growth strategy, including assessments, remediation projects, and long-term client engagementsLead, mentor, and develop a team of IT/OT engineers and technical resources to deliver high-quality, repeatable solutionsAct as a technical leader and escalation point across infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and OT environmentsSupport and guide the development of standardized IT/OT offerings, including network assessments, cybersecurity risk evaluations, and lifecycle servicesWork closely with project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectationsParticipate in client engagements to build trust, identify opportunities, and expand existing accountsDrive team utilization, delivery consistency, and overall P&L performance for the IT/OT groupEstablish and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and documentation expectations across projectsCollaborate across engineering, field teams, and sales to ensure alignment between solution design and executionSupport the development of go-to-market strategies for IT/OT services, including differentiation in the mid-market spaceBe an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.You have:8+ years of experience in IT, OT, or converged IT/OT environments (industrial networking, infrastructure, or cybersecurity)3+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teamsStrong understanding of industrial networking, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity principlesExperience supporting or delivering client-facing projects and technical solutionsAbility to operate at both a strategic level (growth, offerings, client relationships) and technical level (architecture, troubleshooting, guidance)Experience working cross-functionally with sales, project management, and executive leadershipStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business valueA DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.You may have:Experience with industrial control systems, PLC/SCADA environments, or OT infrastructureFamiliarity with IT/OT assessments, cybersecurity frameworks, or risk evaluationsBackground in network architecture, virtualization, or secure remote access solutionsExperience building or scaling a technical services line of businessBenefits & Perks:401k + match + prompt enrollment.
