Location: Norwich Salary: Up to £40,000 Added: 13/02/2026 We're Hiring: Full Stack Developer UK Support Centre – Norwich (Hybrid - 2 days in office Mondays + Wednesdays) Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) Full-time | 35 hours per week The TaxAssist Group is growing and we're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our friendly, collaborative tech team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building real-world solutions and wants to grow their skills in a commercial, entrepreneurial environment. What you'll be doing Building frontend features with React & Next.js Developing backend logic using React Server Components (RSCs) and Supabase (PostgreSQL) Implementing authentication, permissions, APIs and secure data workflows Writing clean, maintainable TypeScript with automated tests (Vitest) Deploying via Vercel with GitHub Actions CI/CD Participating fully in Scrum events Collaborating closely with Lead and Senior Developers Contributing to UX, documentation, performance improvements and first-line support What we're looking for 3+ years professional full stack development experience Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js Experience with Supabase / PostgreSQL (or similar) Familiarity with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and modern deployment workflows A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and attention to detail A degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or equivalent experience) Why join TaxAssist?
