Nurse Manager - Outpatient Cardiology
Magee Resource Group has partnered with a nationally recognized academic health system to identify a Nurse Manager – Cardiac Device Clinic to support the continued growth of its Heart & Vascular service line.This leader will oversee a multi-site outpatient cardiac device program supporting Electrophysiology services across multiple locations. With implantable cardiac devices increasing year over year, this role is critical to ensuring safe, standardized, and high-quality remote and in-clinic device monitoring operations.This is a highly specialized leadership role requiring deep cardiac device expertise and strong clinical acumen. The ideal candidate will function with significant autonomy, partnering closely with EP physicians while serving as the operational and clinical leader of the device clinic team.Long-term success includes strengthening workflows, standardizing best practices, enhancing accreditation readiness, and building a cohesive, high-performing device clinic team.QualificationsActive RN license (Compact license required)BSN requiredMinimum five (5) years professional nursing practiceMinimum three (3) years in a leadership role (charge experience acceptable)Cardiac device clinic experience requiredOutpatient cardiology experienceExperience managing remote monitoring workflowsStrong technology proficiencyHighly PreferredCertified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) certification (or willingness to obtain within first year)This opportunity offers relocation assistance and eligibility for a leadership incentive plan.If you are a device clinic leader seeking greater autonomy, strategic influence, and the opportunity to shape a growing Heart & Vascular program, we welcome a confidential conversation.
