The Teller will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing day-to-day banking transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining accurate records for all transactions. Additional duties include balancing cash drawers, ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures, and promoting bank products and services to meet customer needs. The Teller will also assist in resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications Cash handling skills, including accuracy and attention to detailCustomer service and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and maintaining positive interactionsProficiency in using banking software, data entry, and processing transactionsOrganizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficientlyProblem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer concernsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related fields is a plusPrior experience in banking, retail, or a customer-facing role is preferred
