People & Culture LeadershipServe as an on‑site HR partner and advisor to employees and leadership.Promote a culture of engagement, accountability, and inclusion.Support organizational development and change initiatives.Talent Acquisition & OnboardingManage full‑cycle recruiting for on‑site roles.Lead in‑person onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.Employee RelationsProvide hands‑on support for employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.Conduct on‑site investigations and ensure consistent application of policies.HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Oversee HR systems, reporting, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.Manage benefits administration, leave programs, and compensation processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and HR operations.Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
