The RoleWe’re hiring a social media content producer, who is also strategy-minded, to create polished, premium video and social content for publicly traded companies. This is a production-first role, with social media strategy and management baked in. You’ll own the full content pipeline from pre-production planning through shooting, editing, and posting; supporting client content strategies and KPIs.The aesthetic benchmark is clean, corporate-brand video content designed for social. Think 10-to-30-second polished video snippets, not TikTok-style quick cuts and flashy transitions. The content should feel premium and professional while being native to LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram.What You’ll DoVideo Production & Editing (Core of the Role)Shoot polished, bite-sized video content (10–30 second clips) on approximately 2 production days per month at client locations in LAEdit and package raw footage into social-ready assets with a premium, corporate-brand feelWork with a mix of DSLR and phone depending on the content type — exec talking heads and b-roll with proper cameras, boots-on-the-ground footage on mobileHandle pre-production: shot lists, storylines to capture, and coordination with the client team ahead of each shootOptionally partner with an offshore editor for high volume moments, but own quality control and final cuts.
