Compliance Data Analyst

This position is onsite in the San Francisco Bay AreaCandidates must be eligible to work in the US without restrictionsNo 3rd PartiesRequirements:Bachelor's degreeOne year in compliance, and auditing (regulatory data, master data management, and data validation)Background in government reportingLife sciences experienced preferredJob Duties:Collect, validate, and organize data in support of federal Sunshine Act reporting requirementsAssist in the preparation and submission of accurate and timely Open Payments reports to CMSPerform data quality checks to identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential reporting errors in payment and transfer of value recordsSupport the reconciliation of financial data across multiple systems including Concur and CRM databasesMaintain detailed documentation to support audit readinessGenerate regular reports and dashboards to track reporting metrics, submission deadlines, and compliance status for stakeholdersCross-functional collaboration to gather required data elementsRespond to data queries from healthcare professionalsMonitor regulatory updates and guidance for global transparency reporting
