Manufacturing Production Technician

Job Description Job Summary: Assembling, testing, and repairing inflatable mattress systems for ISO 13485 certified facility. Production Technician Level 1 Primary Responsibilities: · Building final assembly to Include sub-assembly, labeling, testing and packaging creating a final assembly record and updating internal QMS system. Evaluation, estimation, and repair of customer-owned equipment. Receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming raw materials. Outbound shipping of customer repairs and repair parts. Manage Inventory for all raw materials, sub-assemblies, final assemblies and packaging materials. General overall organization and cleanliness of the production and warehouse areas. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Preferred Skills (not limited to:) · Required-Critical thinking skills Required-Work independently. Required-Organizational skills Required-Written and verbal communication skills. Required-Basic mathematical skills Required-Basic computer knowledge Required-Ability to lift 75 lbs. Use of a forklift (Will Certify if Necessary) Working Conditions: · Schedule: Monday - Friday Shift Hours: 8:00AM - 4:30PM Overtime: Optional, if needed Travel: No Position: Full Time Preferred Experiences: Prior experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.
