Program Coordinator/Supervisor – Cities Division Company: Divine House Job Type: Full-time Contact Name: Rick Buddy Phone Number: 320-231-2738 Contact Email: rick.buddy@divinehouse.org Job Description: Divine House Inc., is seeking a kind, compassionate and responsible Program Coordinator (PC) to supervise all aspect of the daily operation of a licensed group home in Willmar, MN. The qualified individual will have the ability to effectively supervise direct care staff to ensure the health, safety, and protection of rights of each person served in the program. The PC will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of each person’s served Coordinated Service and Support Plan (plan of care). The PC will ensure that they and their staff are providing the necessary support to each individual to ensure that their needs, interests, and preferences are respected and provided for in a safe and healthy environment that maximizes personal success. The PC must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing, and be able to create documents that are legible and accurate. A valid drivers license is required. Must pass a MN Department of Human Services background study. Starting pay: $17-$18(depending on experience) Branch 66 – Located in Buffalo, MN Position 2 Full-Time (36-Hour weeks) Branch 140 – Located in Maple Lake, MN Position 1 Full-Time (35-Hour weeks)
