Barista/Cashier

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Barista! Are you a team player with high energy and a passion for coffee and baking? We're looking for a dedicated barista to join our growing coffee company at Grand Strand Coffee in Myrtle Beach. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and is eager to grow with us. Must like coffee and be able to work Weekends including Sundays. Our hours are Monday- Friday 7am-3pm & Saturdays and Sundays 8am-3pm. with opening and closing duties. If you can't work these hours please do not apply. Must be able to work at Both locations; 2954 Howard Ave Unit E & 410 13th Ave S Myrtle Beach 29577 Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve delicious coffee and food with a smile. Cook and manage food preparation tasks. Ability to open and close the shop as needed. Maintain cleanliness standards, including restroom upkeep. Demonstrate common sense and friendly customer service. Work collaboratively with team members without compromising on policies. Be available to work at both of our locations. Must be over 16 with a Drivers License (6:30AM is the start time most days) Requirements: Experience in the food industry is preferred. Must like coffee and be enthusiastic about sharing that passion with customers. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. Flexible availability, including weekends and early mornings. Desire to work 20-30 hours per week, with shifts ending by 4 PM. Enthusiasm for learning and growing within our company. Ability to balance hard work with a friendly demeanor. Must want to work for a small family business, not a corporation. Be able to be light on their feet and work in a hot environment.
