Title : Therapy/Rehabilitation - PT Outpatient Location : Chambersburg, PA 17201 Duration : 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) Job Description: Schedule:Monday to FridayNo weekend shifts Screening Process:Initial clinical screening to assess fitIf approved and within WellSpan guidelines, profile will be forwarded to the hiring managerFinal interview conducted by the manager (case-by-case clinical screening) Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experienceActive PT License (PA or Compact)EPIC experience required Additional Details:Maximum RTO: 7 daysNo on-call requirementsHolidays: May be required to work 2 out of 3 major holidaysFloating: May be required across county lines based on patient care needs Other Information:May be assigned to care for COVID patientsFacility is tobacco- and fragrance-free (candidates must be informed prior to submission)Local candidates accepted at $5 less than the posted bill rate
