Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal technical teams throughout all project phases. Coordinate project lifecycles from initial design to successful client handover, ensuring adherence to specifications. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver projects on schedule and within financial parameters. Supervise on-site installations and integrations, resolving technical issues and ensuring quality standards are maintained. Prepare project documentation, reports, and deliverables for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client requirements for security solutions.Must-Have Skills: Proven project management experience with electronic security system installations. In-depth knowledge of access control, CCTV/IP video, intrusion detection, and surveillance technologies. Strong capability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with clients and technical teams. Experience delivering projects across commercial, retail/mixed use, education, government, stadium/arena, and healthcare sectors. Ability to oversee technical teams and subcontractors in fast-paced environments.Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with project management software and reporting tools. Relevant certifications in project management or security systems integration. Hands-on technical experience with installation or troubleshooting of electronic security equipment.
