Job DetailsDescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced PACU RN who would be available on PRN basis. This role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented RN who can provide high-quality postoperative care in a dynamic fertility clinic environment. If you have fertility experience, this is a plus!What You'll Do In This RoleMonitor and assess patients' recovery from anesthesia following fertility procedures.Provide postoperative care, including pain management and administering medications as needed.Conduct thorough assessments of patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall well-being.Collaborate with the surgical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.Recognize and respond to signs of postoperative complications or emergencies.Provide appropriate interventions and collaborate with the healthcare team to stabilize patients.Educate patients on postoperative care, medication administration, and any specific instructions related to their fertility treatment.Maintain and manage PACU equipment and supplies, ensuring they are clean, functional, and available.What Is RequiredCurrent RN license to practice as a Registered Nurse in TexasBLSA minimum of one year experience with PACU
