This is a high-impact role where you will lead major customer engagements, shape deal strategy, and help drive revenue growth across key accounts.What You’ll DoOwn and grow strategic customer relationships, managing the full lifecycle from early engagement through deal execution and expansionLead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, developing winning strategies in competitive environmentsPartner cross-functionally (engineering, finance, legal, operations) to deliver high-quality proposals and commercial solutionsStructure, negotiate, and close large, sophisticated deals that align customer needs with Nextpower’s capabilitiesDevelop and execute account plans to identify new opportunities and expand long-term partnershipsMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data hygieneConduct customer business reviews and act as a trusted advisor on market trends, risks, and opportunitiesCollaborate with sales leadership on pricing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market initiativesManage a team of Sales Analysts/Associates to support our customersWhat We’re Looking ForStrong commercial, technical, and interpersonal acumenAbility to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems with sound judgmentProven success managing long, high-value B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersStrategic mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and uncover opportunitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiencesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslySelf-starter with a strong sense of ownership and drive to winYour work requires conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications.You exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. You are required to convey advanced information and to persuade several diverse stakeholders/audiences.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field12+ years of experience in complex B2B sales (energy or infrastructure preferred)Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel (~35% or as needed)Nextpower offers a comprehensive benefits package.
