Junior Relationship Manager

A growing wealth management firm is seeking a Junior Relationship Manager / Trading Associate to join its expanding team in Miami.This client-facing role and the ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both advisors and clients across a variety of operational and investment-related activities.ResponsibilitiesSupport advisors and senior relationship managers with day-to-day client account management and servicing activitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-touch serviceAssist with account opening, onboarding documentation, account maintenance, and client requestsEnsure all client documentation is complete and compliant with internal and regulatory requirementsExecute and support equity, fixed income, mutual fund, and options trades accurately and efficientlyReview and assist with monitoring daily trading activity and transaction processingCoordinate wire transfers, ACATs, asset transfers, and other client asset movement requestsAct as a liaison between clients, advisors, operations, and compliance teams to ensure timely resolution of requestsSupport KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance proceduresUtilize Pershing NetX360, Bloomberg, MarketAxess, and TradeWeb to support daily activitiesAssist with operational initiatives and process improvement efforts as neededQualifications5+ years of experience within wealth management, brokerage or a private banking environmentsExperience with client account management, account opening, and trading FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses requiredFully bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbalStrong understanding of investment products including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and optionsExperience with Pershing NetX360 required; knowledge of StoneX, Interactive Brokers, and Charles Schwab is a plusProficiency with Bloomberg, MarketAxess, TradeWeb, and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor’s degree required
