Production Assistant

Minuteman Press Casa Grande is seeking candidates with our company as a day shift Production Assistant. Hours would be in between 9am-4pm. The applicant must have 1+ years of experience within the print industry, digital printing preferred. Great attention to detail and organizational skills of key importance. We are looking for quality of character as well as experience. The daily workflow would be mainly production and finishing duties. Minimum Qualifications required for consideration: 1+ years of recent professional work experience in printing, preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Passion for print and promotional product production. Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively work in a team environment Professional appearance Daily Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Print finishing and bindery duties such as cutting, folding, stapling, padding, etc. Assisting in the preparation and printing of digital files. Communicating courteously with team to assist them with the creation of their jobs and deadlines. Reviewing job specifications from work orders and ensuring that client files are accurate and the finished job exceeds customer expectations. Equipment maintenance and inventory management. General shop cleaning and organization. This position requires a team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
