We are seeking an experience Quality Control Associate II to join our team in the Quality Assurance Department.A Day in the Life:Handle QA records and quality-related documents under explicit directionAssemble document sets and partial data packages as instructedVerify presence only of required documents (not correctness)Maintain QA record logs and trackers as assignedRetrieve and stage records for internal use or auditsEscalate missing or unclear information to supervisionMaintain integrity and confidentiality of QA recordsWhat will set you up for success:Exceptional attention to detail with a sharp eye for document accuracy and formattingProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe AcrobatStrong communication skills - both written and verbal - to effectively interface with engineering, QA, and project teamsProactive, organized, and self-directed with the ability to mange multiple priorities under tight deadlinesUnderstand documents vs QA records; presence vs correctnessIntro exposure to travelers, inspection records, material certificationsBasic understanding of traceability conceptsFamiliarity with record retention and controlled environmentsMinimum Requirements:3-5 years of experience in an administrative, document control, or quality support roleDemonstrated ability to organize and maintain complex documentation systems, both physical and electronicProven data entry proficiency with a high degree of accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe for document editing and formattingExcellent written communication skills for editing, summarizing, or compiling information clearlyAbility to perform repetitive tasks with consistent attention to detail and qualityFamiliarity with electronic file naming conventions, indexing, and file version controlExperience handling confidential or regulated documents under quality assurance or compliance standardsAbility to follow detailed instructions and document procedures with minimal supervisionComfortable with basic office equipment (scanners, printers, label makers) and digital archiving processesProven administrative capability; ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and accuracyHigh level of safe working practices and procedures awareness necessary.All candidates must be able to pass drug test, pre-employment physical, and background investigation.Benefits:4 day work week, with possible overtimeGenerous paid time off and holidaysGreat opportunity for advancement with a growing companyMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance with employer contributions.401(k) savings plan with employer match
