Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and LeasingLand SubdivisionNonresidential Building ConstructionOther Heavy and Civil Engineering ConstructionPipeline Transportation of Crude OilAbout Project Resources Group (PRG)As a leading provider of construction management, outside plant damage assessment & recovery, business outsourcing and consulting services, PRG offers services within the cable, telephony, construction and utility industries, including:Back Office ProcessingTechnical SupportNetwork InfrastructureEngineering & DesignProject and Program ManagementOutside Plant Damage Cost Recovery ServicesWith 20+ offices and 825+ employees nationwide, we deliver industry-leading solutions with speed, accuracy, and expertise.Construction CoordinatorProject Resources Group (PRG) has an immediate opening for an OSP Construction Coordinator in the Billings, Montana area.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform walkouts pre/post-construction.Verify as-builts.Troubleshoot any build-out issues in the field.Verify that subcontractors have the necessary PPE gear to perform work.Identify permitting requirements as needed.Communicate with any customers in the path of construction.Putting together a bill of materials (BOM), cost estimates (CE), complete daily quality control audits, verify field measurements/maps (as-builts).Compile notice-to-proceed (NTP) packages for contractors.Provide weekly reports to management on construction activity.Follow-up with city municipalities regarding permitting issues.Other related duties as assigned.QualificationsMust have at least three (3) years of hands-on experience in cable construction.Educated on local area dig laws.Skills And AbilitiesStrong leadership skills to mentor and influence subcontractors and vendors.Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs.Impressive ability to organize and prioritize projects.Strong understanding of fiber and coax construction.Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools to create, manage, and present data and reporting to various stakeholders and management.Strong communication skills and ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing.Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.Willingness to drive your personal vehicle for business use (mileage reimbursement at federal rate).Interested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands.Perform job functions both indoors and outdoors, rain or shine. Must be able to walk extensively, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day.Work EnvironmentThis hybrid requires work in the field and in the office. Field work includes walking sites, climbing stairs, and engaging directly with teams and clients.
