Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement AI/ML solutions from POC to productionTranslate business requirements into scalable AI architecturesOwn model lifecycle: training, deployment, monitoring, retrainingDeploy models into production with CI/CD pipelinesMonitor model performance, drift, latency, and costEnsure reliability, scalability, and security of AI systemsMentor junior AI/ML engineers and review code/designsLead technical discussions and architecture reviewsProvide guidance on best practices and standardsWork closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Program ManagersPresent technical solutions to business and customer stakeholdersSupport proposal development and technical estimationsEnsure AI solutions meet enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards
