HEAVY CIVIL CONSTRUCTION--PROJECT MANAGER

Immediate Opening for an Experienced Heavy Civil PMCandidates must have provable experience in the areas of roads, airports, bridges and/or buildings. Responsibilities may include:Overseeing aspects of each project, i.e., commercial structures, roadways and/or bridges.Pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, contract negotiationOverseeing compliance with all safety guidelines--local and/or national; as well as building codes and regulationsComputer literate in industry standard softwares--Procore, Timberline/Sage, etc.Qualifications:Prior experience as a Heavy Civil PM. You will be asked to provide a projects list.Degree in Civil Engineering a plusAbility to comfortably commute to job site/sSalary commensurate with experience
