IT Technical Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
Serve as the on-site point of contact for any technical concerns
Investigate and resolve user assistance requests
Document user assistance requests, as well as resolution steps
Maintain user and troubleshooting documentation
Dispatch issues that cannot be resolved immediately to the appropriate team
Test new application features and provide feedback to developers
Attend scheduled meetings
Advise management about improvements or risks concerning technical systems
Qualifications:
Well-versed in a wide range of technologies:
Microsoft products, including Windows 11, Office with Access
Ethernet, Wi-Fi and network connectivity in general
Hardware including PC, tablets and printers
Willingness to learn and improve
Capable of explaining complex topics as simply as possible in both written or spoken communications
Comfortable assisting others in person, over telephone and via screen sharing applications
Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage several tasks
Salary commensurate with experience - entry level encouraged to apply
