We value our staff and show it by offering:What You'll Do:As a key member of our extended-care team you will:Collaborate with a dedicated teaching team to create a warm, enriching, and supportive environment.Implement developmentally appropriate play that engages and inspires.Manage activities and daily operations to ensure a safe and nurturing experience for every child. Who We're Looking For:We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including:Educators, curriculum developers, and those with after-school programming experience.Individuals with strong organizational and communication skills.An understanding of play-based learningPositive individuals who share our team mindset Requirements:High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.At least six months of experience at a licensed early childhood education center (preferred).Must pass a background check.Must complete CPR and First Aid training within 90 days (if not certified).
