Adecco is partnering with a well-established client in Everett, WA to hire a Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is perfect for candidates with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, loading raw materials, and monitoring production to ensure parts meet quality standards. You'll join a team that values hands-on experience, continuous improvement, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Candidates must be able to work Sunday through Thursday, 11:45pm to 7:15amPay rate - $22.00/hourKey Responsibilities:Loading raw materials into machinesOperating machinery to produce high-quality partsMonitoring production processes and reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisorMoving materials as needed throughout the production areaMaintaining a clean and organized work areaFollowing safety protocols and company guidelinesPerforming additional tasks as assigned by the supervisorQualifications:Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyStrong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for repetitive tasksAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentComfortable standing for extended periods on a concrete floorCapable of lifting up to 40 lbsExperience using power tools preferredMust be comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced production settingMust successfully pass a client-specific background checkBenefits of Working with Adecco:Weekly payAccess to a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverageOpportunities for long-term employment and career growthPay Details:$22.00 to $22.50 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
