Fuel Route Driver - Class B CDL - Flexible Schedule - Ripon Area

What we offer: · A great team of dispatchers and fellow drivers to work with! · 40+ hours per week of work with a flexible schedule · Hourly pay with a Quarterly Bonus! · Opportunity for Advancement · 401(k) matching · Health Insurance, Health Savings Account, Dental and Vision Insurance · Life Insurance · Employee assistance program · Paid time off · Paid training · Referral program · Safety equipment provided What is the job all about? · Delivering fuel locally within in the Ripon and surrounding area · Responsible for loading, hauling and delivering fuel products to Condon customers in a variety of diverse locations such as local homes, farms, farm fields, and commercial sites. · Work Monday - Friday with weekend rotations · Overtime availability · Flexibility with start/end times required to meet business needs. · Handle all physical requirements for loading, transporting and unloading fuel without assistance. This includes the ability to attach hoses/levers, lock on hoses, drag hoses, and climb equipment. · Provide an excellent customer experience during each interaction. · Perform basic math equations to calculate how many gallons of fuel are currently on the truck in order to accurately load the vehicle and keep record of findings. · Monitor tank levels at the bulk plants on a daily basis, and report back to the corporate office to ensure fuel is ordered and tanks remain full. · Operate and maintain company vehicle safely and efficiently with a commitment to adhere/enforce all security procedures. · Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on truck and the beginning and end of each shift worked and assist with routine light maintenance as necessary. What we need from you · Class B CDL with Air Brakes · Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements (or ability to obtain) · Minimum of 1-year CMV Driving Experience · Experience driving in all types of weather conditions · Work in an outdoor environment in the elements up to two hours at a time. · Sit and drive up to 11 hours per day max · Lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively, drag up to 176 lbs. repetitively. · Bend, kneel, crawl, and crawl into cab repetitively, drag, push and pull hoses under and over barriers · Climb ladders and equipment · Walk, stand, sit for extended periods of time · Ability to use Microsoft Outlook program · Ability to complete minor mechanical repairs · Basic knowledge of DOT laws and mandates is preferred Does this sound like a good fit for you?
