Estimator - Heavy Civil / Earthwork

We are hiring an Estimator with experience in heavy civil and earthwork to support preconstruction efforts and contribute to accurate, competitive bidding. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a high-performing estimating team.Key Responsibilities:Perform quantity takeoffs for earthwork and site development projectsAssist in preparing cost estimates and bid packagesAnalyze project plans, specifications, and geotechnical reportsSupport senior estimators in developing bid strategiesCoordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and scope coverageRequirements:4-7 years of experience in heavy civil, sitework, or earthwork estimatingExperience with AGTEK, InSite, Carlson, or similar takeoff softwareFamiliarity with Bid2Win (HCSS) or other estimating toolsStrong understanding of grading, excavation, and site developmentAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsWhy Join Our Client:You will be part of a collaborative environment where estimators play a key role in project success.
