The Stock Clerk will perform various inventory control support functions such as cycle counts, data entry in the inventory system, stocking shelves, pulling stock orders and calling vendors for purchase and credit invoices.General ResponsibilitiesMeet and greet our valued customersReview, familiarize with, and adhere to MANCON’s SOPs and Safety ManualPull inventory from shelves and issue to customer personnelReview supplied requisition forms to ensure they are properly completed (Signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions, and quantities)Answer questions regarding availability of partsAsk appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and providedInform customers when requested parts are availableData Entry RequirementsAssist in generating invoices for customer requisitions in the inventory systemAssist in entry of vendor receiving documents in the inventory systemInventory Management RequirementsGenerating Sales Orders for parts issuedAssist in performing weekly inventory cycle countsAssist in performing counts during Wall-to-Wall inventories at siteRestocking shelvesOther RequirementsFollow established guidelines for vehicle and equipment maintenanceProvide 24-hour support at the customer location during emergenciesTravel to vendor locations to pickup partsAttention to detailAssist in receiving functionsAssist with inventory research projects as requestedAdhere to required proceduresOperate a forkliftParticipate in the SCM continuing training programAssist with other duties as assigned1 year experience with auto or heavy duty truck partsValid Driver's License with two years driving experience1 year computer experience24-hour availabilityObtain and maintain a forklift license (MANCON will provide training after hire)Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Driving, Lifting, Reaching, Sitting, Standing, Stooping, Walking
