Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery (Postpartum / Nursery / Antepartum)Location: Sweetwater, TXContract Duration: 13 WeeksShift: Variable (Details to be discussed)Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $2,000 (based on experience)Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join a rural hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be confident in providing comprehensive maternal care across all stages, including antepartum, labor & delivery, postpartum, and newborn nursery.Key Responsibilities:Provide nursing care across antepartum, labor & delivery, postpartum, and nurseryMonitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and deliveryAssist with deliveries and perform OB circulating duties (preferred)Deliver postpartum care and newborn assessmentsEducate patients and families on maternal and newborn careMaintain accurate and timely documentationCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teamsFacility Overview:Rural hospital environmentApproximately 20-30 deliveries per monthClose-knit team with a broad scope of practiceRequired Skills & Experience:Strong experience in Labor & Delivery nursingAbility to independently manage multiple areas within women's servicesComfort working in a rural, low-volume but high-responsibility settingPreferred Skills:OB Circulator experienceCertifications Required:Basic Life Support (BLS)Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)STABLE CertificationIntermediate Fetal MonitoringAdditional Information:Ideal candidate should be adaptable, confident, and comfortable with a wide scope of practiceOpportunity to gain diverse experience across all areas of maternal careFor more details reach atAditi.sharma@navitashealth.comor Call / Text at 516-587-6677.
