Sr. Software Developer

Job Title - Full Stack DeveloperJob Location - Sugar Land, TX 77478 Job Duration - 12+ Months Contract * Understand the structure, relationship and business rules of the organization.* Identify the linkages between its strategies, organization, people, data and systems, business policies and business rules, as well as the physical assets of the business.* Model the business as is versus the requirements.* Analyze the business using a variety of techniques and initiatives of varying scope.* Define project success and validate requirements.* Manage the concept phase and framing of the project to support and guide the development of system requirements and business cases.* Provide engagement and delivery of high level business requirements, functional and nonfunctional requirements, detailed requirements, build and development support, support during test and delivery phase, and change management.* Support testing and identify project delivery issues and risks; assist with mitigation strategies.* Work with the IT professional during the different phases of the project life cycle.* Engage stakeholders from senior business leaders to technical teams.* Assist in the professional and technical development of team members.* Coordinate customer responses to capture changes in business requirements.* Provide quality assurance advice to vendors working on system requirements and system integration build deliverables.Required Skills:• Experience developing applications using ASP.NET MVC / .NET• Strong proficiency in C#• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and modern front-end development practices• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and database management tools such as SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)• Familiarity with Azure development and cloud-based application deployment• Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications• Understanding of source control and collaborative development workflows using Git• Experience developing and supporting native mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms• Proficiency with Swift for iOS development and Kotlin for Android development• Experience integrating and maintaining mobile application back-end services using Firebase• Experience developing and supporting applications built with .NET Core 2.1 and Angular• Experience developing and supporting applications built with .NET 6 and ReactPreferred Skills• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular• Exposure to containerized development environments using Docker• Experience using Node.js and front-end build tools such as Gulp• Familiarity with development tools including Visual Studio Code (VS Code) and .NET SDK v8.0• Experience with database tools such as DBeaver• Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and support modernization initiatives• Familiarity with mobile application architecture, deployment, and maintenance across Apple App Store and Google Play Store environmentsTools & Technologies• Git• Node.js (Latest LTS Version)• Gulp• Visual Studio Code (VS Code)• C#• ASP MVC• .NET SDK v8.0• JavaScript, jQuery• SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)• DBeaver• Docker Engine (Optional)• Azure Development• Angular• React• .NET Core 2.1• .NET 6• Swift• Kotlin• Firebase• iOS Development
