Process Analyst

Base Pay Range$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Remote StatusFULLY REMOTE within the United States. TitleAnalyst, Data (Celonis) OverviewThe Data Analyst (Celonis) designs, develops, and supports process mining and analytics solutions that drive business efficiency. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver insights using Celonis and enterprise data platforms. Must-Have Requirement1.5+ years of hands-on process mining experience using Celonis with OCPM² (Object-Centric Process Mining) Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance process mining models, analytics, and visualizations using Celonis, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI Perform process and data mining to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Apply coding standards, conduct testing, and perform code reviews Document data flows, process flows, metadata, and data lineage Improve data quality through stewardship and master data management Lead demos, cross-functional meetings, and major project initiatives Mentor junior data analysts and support platform troubleshooting Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Strong experience with SQL, relational databases, and ETL processes Knowledge of data modeling, data visualization, and statistics Experience working in a business-facing analytics role Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Seniority LevelMid-Senior level Employment TypeFull-time Job FunctionInformation Technology IndustriesData Infrastructure and Analytics IT Services IT Consulting Location: Maryville, TN#J-18808-Ljbffr
