We look forward to meeting you!Apply NowWage:Evaluations $130.00-$350.00Department:ClinicalLocation: Suffolk, NYKnow a Therapist?Refer them to us!Refer A TherapistReturn to the careers pageClinical Psychologist Suffolk, NYJob Position DetailsClinical Psychologist BenefitsFlexible work scheduleAccess provided to our paperless billing and data collection system (training provided).Support from our team of dedicated clinical supervisors and administrative staff.Financial educational assistance program (when applicable).Available benefits include: medical, dental, vision and 401k.Job Responsibilities For a Clinical PsychologistAdminister Psychological Evaluations in home and/or school based settings.Gather necessary information to conduct social histories.Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories and submit them in a timely manner.Write Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and/or Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) goals.Determine need for additional assessments per observation and child needs.Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child.Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and State & Federal regulations) and submit records to agency within established deadlines.Requirements For a Clinical PsychologistMust have a passion for working with children and families!Valid NYS Clinical Psychologist licenseMust be self-motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism.Fluency in a language other than English is a plus!Physical RequirementsMust be able to travel to and from assigned cases, including but not limited to:Driving a personal vehicle, walking and/or the use of public transportation such as a bus or train.The ability to ascend and descend staircases.The ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.The ability to sit on the floor, kneel and/or crawl for extended periods of time.Starting Rate: Per evaluation $130.00-$350.00Compensation is determined based on experience and education and will be discussed during theClinical PsychologistJob interview process.Job responsibilities subject to change.
