Area Manager

Work with a founder led company that isn't owned by private equity! The Opportunity: In this role you will oversee all operations for doorstep trash collection in your markets from end to end. You will be responsible for new community rollouts, building and supporting your team including all district managers, visiting clients and working in the field. This role requires a mixture of both white collar and blue collar work. You must be willing to rollup your sleeves and lead from the front on a daily basis! This role requires regular travel between the low country/coastal area of SC/GA and surrounding areas. What You'll Do:Lead operations across multiple residential properties, ensuring flawless nightly executionHire and train managers and porters to CCS standardsConduct employee audits and on-site quality checksBuild and maintain strong relationships with property managers and clientsHandle scheduling and ensure coverage-no missed pickups!Manage employee logistics, including safety gear, reporting apps, and ADP payroll formsRespond to on-site operational issues such as equipment failures or staffing gapsMaintain nightly reporting, payroll, employee documentation, and complianceAssist in community onboarding, including resident orientations and equipment distribution Workload & Schedule:Night and weekend availability required; routes run 7 days a week (you would be on a rotation). Our peak working hours are 6pm-2am daily.
