We are currently seeking a highly motivated Store Manager with proven sales and leadership experience to drive results and lead our sales team to success.As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for both personal selling and managing the performance and development of the sales team at one of our retail locations, spread out between (Sarasota, FL - Ellenton, FL - Bradenton, FL - Venice, FL - Port Charlotte, FL areas.)Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goalsProvide hands-on training in sales techniques and product knowledgeManage store staffing schedules and ensure full sales floor coverageSupervise a Floor Coordinator in store presentation, design layout, and product taggingRequirements:Must have Furniture experienceProven track record in commission-based sales, preferably in the furniture industryMinimum 3 years of sales or retail management experienceStrong leadership, communication, and customer service skillsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive earnings: $90,000-$120,000, including base salary, commission, and bonusesComprehensive benefits package: health, dental, vision, and life insuranceAdditional perks: paid vacation, profit-sharing plan, and generous employee furniture discountsReady to take your retail management career to the next level?
