Electrical Engineer

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Lead electrical group in troubleshooting and RCA for evaluating electrical conditions to resolve and preventively eliminate concerns and failuresProvide justification and support project managers to execute upgrades to equipmentSupport a lean manufacturing culture with the proper use of PDCA cycles in engineering changes, and communicate well with stakeholders on statusParticipate in rotating on-call support for 24/7 operationsEnsure company safety requirements are correctly identified and addressed in risk assessment, performance levels, and PPE selection for electrical hazardsPrepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor softwareOther duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering3+ years of experience as an electrical engineer within a production ormanufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of AutoCAD and PLCsWorking knowledge of industrial automation and coordinated machineryThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
