Summer Associate

Abrams Law Firm, P.A. is currently accepting application materials from rising 2L candidates for a summer associate position for the 2024 period. The ideal candidate will be interested in land use and government law and have a desire to litigate. Our practice focuses on land use/zoning matters primarily on applicant side, and state and federal litigation on related issues, including administrative appeals. The practice includes some public interest work related to land use. There is also a busy litigation practice involving land use, federal civil rights, and commercial matters. Candidate must possess a strong academic background and writing skills. Regarding remote work: our firm is adapted to the modern era. All of our records are stored electronically and accessible remotely or at our office location. We are open to remote work if desired, but some in-office time will be expected.
