Hybrid Family Law Associate Bay Area $175K-$250K plus bonusRole DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Associate Attorney located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The attorney will handle a variety of family law matters, including drafting motions, legal filings, and correspondence. Responsibilities also include managing depositions, representing clients in legal proceedings, consulting on diverse family law legal issues, and providing clients with informed and compassionate counsel throughout their case.QualificationsProficiency in Family Law and comprehensive knowledge of handling legal issues specific to family law casesExperience in drafting and filing motions and other legal documentsSkilled in handling depositions and other pre-trial processesExcellent written and verbal advocacy skillsStrong ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple casesAdmitted to the California State Bar and in good standingExperience working with family law clients and cases in the San Francisco Bay Area is a plus
