CFFS Program Manager
The CFSS Program Manager leads the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring services run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment company and regulatory expectations. This position manages the CFSS team members and provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to support high-quality client care. This role acts as a liaison across the organization and works closely with other programs and departments to ensure effective coordination and service deliveryResponsibilitiesDevelop and update program policies and proceduresLead project management efforts, including development and implementation of new strategiesCoordinate onboarding of new hires, including shadowing, system training, and delivery of program specific trainingDevelop and update training materialsSupervise and manage assigned staff and comfort coaching staff on complex situationsFacilitate bi-monthly staff meetings and additional program meetings as neededBuild and maintain key internal and external relationships with partners such as case management, lead agencies, and community stakeholdersIdentify and leverage team strengths to improve performanceMaintain professional and technical knowledgeRepresent the organization at industry events as neededParticipate in internal and external committees and task forcesScreen and assess candidates for Supervising Professional positions in partnership with leadership, as directedEnsure compliance with DHS regulations and organizational standardsQualificationsFour-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a human service or health care related fieldMust meet DHS requirements to be a Supervising Professional (RN, Licensed Social Worker, or qualifying degree/experience combinations)Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a human services or health care fieldDemonstrated knowledge of services for people with disabilities and older adults, including agency model Community First Services and Supports (CFSS), person-centered service delivery, and applicable Minnesota DHS regulationsFamiliarity with DHS audits, documentation standards, and compliance risk for CFSSThe pay range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 salary.
