Manufacturing Technician

IntroductionAs a manufacturing technician, you will be part of a team responsible for the assembly and testing of our L5 ground-up vehicles. You will support both the build, diagnostics, and testing of our vehicle pre-production vehicles and subassemblies. Being comfortable with mechanical and electrical systems is a must. There will be regular use of hand, power, and diagnostics tools. The role also supports bring-up activities of the vehicles, which require use of your debug and diagnostic skills of electrical circuits. Your feedback from the build and bring-up activities will go directly to our engineers to help create and refine key systems and move forward into the start of production.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree with 4 to 6 years of experience working as a technician in a manufacturing environmentExperience with basic hand and power toolsExperience with diagnostic toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsRead electrical schematicsAbility to manage multiple projects and deliverablesPrior work experience at client or in client's industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & Qualifications Automotive/OEM experience is a plus (specifically in EOL/diagnostics/repair)Day-to-Day Responsibilities Work closely with engineers and other technicians on building, diagnosing, and testing the vehiclesComplete daily tasks to ensure on-time completion of the projectProvide feedback to necessary team members to assist in future developmentRegularly organize and maintain build areaWork within all Environmental Health and Safety guidelinesIdentify areas of improvement of quality, efficiency, and safetyFor immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
