Join our team where you will be given the tools and support to make a difference in the lives of our residents.Duties Include:Consult with registered dietician in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the dietary department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations; Assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis; Assure that the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner; Review therapeutic and regular diet plans and menus to assure they are in compliance with the physician's orders; Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and selection of dietary personnel; Schedule personnel to meet the daily needs of the dietary department; Monitor dietary service personnel to assure that established safety precautions are being followed in the use of equipment and supplies; Forecast budgetary needs of the department; Maintain written dietary records of expenditures; Monitor dietary service to assure that all resident's dietary needs are being met.We offer the following:Health insuranceVisionDental401KDaily Pay optionPaid holidays, vacation and sick time
