RN Supervisor

Fairview is seeking a RN Supervisor for first and second shift. The RN Supervisor supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants and team nurses in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Qualifications Valid RN License Proven experience in nurse management and supervising staff Experience in senior care settings, including long-term care and short term rehabilitation Knowledge of physiology and critical care practices Excellent team management and communication skills Fairview, incorporated in 1892, is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to providing exceptional services.
