Upgrading Postgres 11 to 14 and the impacts of that change.Describe the team: Team of 4-6 technical leads, architects, and devopsBreak-down of the team: 1 PO, 2 Arch, 2 Tech Leads, 2 DevOpsTop 5-10 responsibilities:Performance Analysis of our current instances (10 OLTP instances/Microservices Architecture)Database Monitoring of ClusterScalabilityUnderstanding Load, understanding impact of growthReplication (Surest is using Debezium for CDC)Query TuningIdentify High volume SQL, Identify high impact SQL, IndexingIdeal candidate background: Experienced with AWS Aurora Postgres database administration. Experience tuning SQL queries. Experience with Hibernate query patterns.Skills/attributes required: 5 years AWS Aurora Postgres DBA. 5 years SQL tuning. Experience with AWS replication.Skills/attributes preferred: Use of Debezium for CDC.
