This Leader will have the technical experience as well as the soft skills to help deliver and build trust throughout the organization.for Screening• Agile Mastery: Expert-level Scrum/Agile knowledge with the ability to adapt ceremonies to specific team contexts (not just following a playbook).• Technical Delivery: Proven track record of managing backlogs, removing cross-team blockers, and coordinating complex risks.• Data-Driven: Proficiency in using delivery metrics (Jira/Confluence) to improve predictability and transparency.Key Performance Areas• Optimization: Beyond standard ceremonies, you will implement operational metric reviews and flow management to boost outcomes.• Culture: Accountable for building a psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-accountability team environment.• Problem Solving: Ownership of non-technical blockers and resolution of inter-team dependencies.Preferred Factors• Experience with mission-critical/high-availability applications.• Strong Soft skills, excellent communicator.• Exposure to AI-enabled delivery or automation practices.• Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams/complex programs.
