Covering the Detroit and Toledo markets, you’ll oversee the entire investment lifecycle from renovation through maintenance and turn, ensuring every dollar delivers outsized yield. This role demands hands-on hustle, strategic oversight, and a relentless ownership mentality.You are the fund’s eyes and ears in the market. You’ll scope homes, solve problems in real-time, and drive performance across cost, quality, and speed.
