What You’ll Do in the Strategic Sales Support Role
You’ll support our strategic accounts by managing pricing, reporting, and analysis that keeps our sales team aligned and customers satisfied—ensuring timely, accurate orders and data-driven business decisions.
You’ll:
Interface with national suppliers to produce and maintain customer pricing
Perform competitive analysis and develop product line strategies
Develop and maintain monthly reporting for strategic accounts
Support strategic planning and analysis
Coordinate multi-division sales and relationships
Conduct monthly inventory analysis for strategic accounts
Represent Kirby Risk professionally in all communications and interactions
What Makes You a Great Fit
Basic college coursework or 2+ years relevant work experience
Learning agility
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer contact skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities effectively
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel; knowledge of Access and SQL a plus
